Alarm Channels need to be updated. There are 2 Alarm Channels.
Alarm Type = BURGLAR --> This is activated if the Door Sensor is opened/tampered.
Alarm Type = ACCESS_CONTROL --> This is activated if Sensor Battery is Low, or Obstruction observed at Garage Door preventing it from Closing. The values are:
Alarm Type: BURGLAR, Event Value: 3 = Case Open/Tamper
Alarm Type: BURGLAR, Event Value: 0 = Tamper Closed / Case Closed

Alarm Type: ACCESS_CONTROL (0), Event Value: 74 = Low Battery
Alarm Type: ACCESS_CONTROL (0), Event Value: 70 = Garage Door is obstructed
Alarm Type: ACCESS_CONTROL (0), Event Value: 69 = Garage Door is obstructed twice, operation suspended
Alarm Type: ACCESS_CONTROL (0), Event Value: 0 = Obstruction Cleared/Alarm Cleared

Replaced barrier_position channel with barrier_state
barrier_state seems is the exact channel that provides for all of the states of the door.

Added channels for:
BURGLAR_ALARM: notification_home_security
ACCESS_CONTROL_ALARM: notification_access_control

Chris - I have updated the database with 16 channels. 14 have proper names and event ids.

2 Channels are generic channels for Events that I don't think are relevant but might be relevant. I have not been able to perform all testing to make sure that the other zWave type events are not applicable.
eg: Manual Lock/Unlock, Keypad Lock/Unlock might be relevant for the Garage Door but I have not tested them yet.

Hi Ash. I cannot seem to get usable items using this setup for the controller. What do you bind the items to for control and viewing of door position?

Ash,

Are you able to control the door with this configuration? Or is it only allows you to view current state?

Thank you,
Alex

Changed:
AccessControl Alert (UnMatched Code) TO number type: notification_access_control
Burglar Alert (UnMatched Code) TO number type: notification_home_security

This is to report the exact alert so that we can use it in rules to manually update a virtual switch based on the value.
